be4a3c9428 wifi: Fix WifiTxTimer::GetDelayLeft() 
When the timer expiration is postponed, m_timeoutEvent is not updated (will be
updated by Expire()) hence it cannot be used to retrieve the remaining time to
the timeout. m_end is always up to date, instead.
