Some renaming proposed by Nicola:
SerializeInformation => SerializeInformationField
DeserializeInformation => DeserializeInformationField
DeserializeIE => Deserialize
SerializeIE => Serialize
...and some I've extrapolated:
GetInformationSize => GetInformationFieldSize
DeserializeOptionalIE => DeserializeIfPresent
