Notice that `CalcRxPowerSpectralDensity` is typically called from within `MultiModelSpectrumChannel`, but if some external ns-3 module is calling directly this function, it can still access to its original return value through `Ptr<SpectrumSignalParameters>` which contains `Ptr<SpectrumValue>`.
