e1fdd22d6e wifi: Use PHY instead of PLCP 
PLCP is no longer used in IEEE 802.11-2016.
The attribute WifiPhy/ShortPlcpPreambleSupported has been left unchanged.

Throughput higher than 200 Mbit/s is achievable with VHT.
